This series depicts the Catholic Church and how it is resistant to change. I have gone to Catholic school for a large part of my life so making these prints was very important to me. In this series I show a church that never changes while the rest of the world develops around it.

This first image is representative of the birth of the church. To make the smudged effect around the church I rubbed the ink instead of scraping it all off the plate.
